The new members of the staff are selected by a contest committee. The contest is conducted by the remarkable professionals of the republic, Lycee departments and the authorities of Lycee.

The teachers’ contest is of three degrees

• checking professional skills
• checking teaching skills
• psychological appropriateness to Lycee demands

The further improvement of professional skills of teachers and meeting the up-to-date standards of teaching is provided by methodology and thematic seminars which are constantly conducted at Lycee.
