The aim of preparatory Sunday School of A. Shirakatsy Lycee is to provide help to future applicants. 7 th grade pupils of public schools can enter the Sunday School based on interviews. The subjects taught are: Mathematics, Armenian, Russian and English.

The classes take place on Sundays. During recent years the majority of students who attended the preparatory classes have later been able to enter the public system (free tuition) of A. Shirakatsy Lycee.

The Sunday School pupils take the entrance exams on a general basis. In case of equal scores preference is given to the pupils who have attended the preparatory classes.

The classes begin in September and go on till June 30.
